Individual Therapy

Sliding scale of $90 to 180 fee per session (50 Minutes)

Available for adults 18 or older, or the consent of both parents for children 5 and up.

Includes a one-on-one session with a therapist to work on your specific treatment goals and whatever YOU want to work on.

The session fee includes:

  • A clinical assessment by a therapist who has worked with thousands of clients in a variety of clinical settings. A clinical assessment includes a diagnosis if applicable, a symptoms assessment, a brief medical, familial, and behavioral health history, and concludes a brief narrative about where your symptoms are coming from and why.

  • Targeted guidance for how to relieve your symptoms and feel better after just the first session. This can include coping skills, stress relief techniques, nutrition guidance, sleeping suggestions, and more. The more we work together, the deeper we can dive and chip away at the root causes.

  • A typed session note emailed to you immediately after our session recapping our conversation, and suggestions made - because we can forget the good stuff when we are working through our tough emotions.

  • Ongoing monitoring of conditions, through ongoing clinical assessment and the administration of formal mental health questionnaires such as the PHQ-9 and GAD-7.

  • The potential for Nicole to be the last therapist you ever see. I have worked with treatment-resistant clients to eliminate their symptoms and graduate from therapy for good.

Clinical Supervision

Sliding scale of $75 to $90 per session (50 Minutes)

Available to master’s level clinicians seeking an LCSW, LPC or LMFT.

Available to licensed clinicians looking for ongoing guidance or case consultations.

Available to therapists looking to start their own private practice and want to speak with an established therapist.

The session fee includes:

  • Clinical supervision hours towards licensure for the Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA). The fee includes completion of all paperwork and guidance through the licensure process.

  • Case consultation services for when you feel stuck or lost with a client and want a second opinion.

  • Access to a network of fellow social workers, counselors, and therapists to connect with and be referred to for specific questions or cases.

Clinical Consultation

$75 fee per session (50 Minutes)

Available to other licensed mental health professionals including LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyDs, ect.

Includes 50 minutes to consult a case or buisness inquiries with Nicole. Nicole specializes in the following clinical concepts:

  • Diagnosis and treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) including implementation strategies of Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy.

  • Diagnosis and treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (AHDH)

  • Maternal mental health topics such as postpartum and postnatal specific diagnoses. This also includes parenting topics, overwhelm and stress related to parenting.

  • School topics such as IEP, 504, Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Improvement Plans, and licencing questions related to mental health in schools.

The session fee includes:

  • Availability to review documents and supporting collateral information with 48 hours notice. This information can be emailed to Nicole@mindfulmountains.org to make the most of our time together.

  • Targeted guidance for how to move forward in a difficult case, problem or question you have from a neutral third party. Clinical work can often circular and be full of doubt - giving yourself a consult can give you the confidence to move forward.

  • A typed session note emailed to you immediately after our session recapping our conversation, and suggestions made - because we can forget the good stuff when we are working through our tough emotions.

  • Follow up support via email, including emailed questionnaires, workbooks or other helpful tools.

  • The potential for an going relationship with another clinician. This work is hard - don’t do it alone!

Group Therapy or Group Supervision

$60 per session (50 Minutes)

*Often early bird pricing is available for pre-booking*

Group therapy is available to current clients or qualified clients (a screening is required to make sure you are appropriate for the group).

Group supervision is available to all clinicians looking to increase their knowledge or obtain clinical supervision hours.

The session fee includes:

  • A community of like-minded individuals to process things with. Feel the support of those diagnosed with the same thing as you, have had a similar life experience as you, or want to learn the same thing as you. Their insights can be more powerful than anyone else’s.

  • Access to further education outside your individual sessions. It is impossible to provide extended psychoeducational in individual sessions. Groups allow you to learn much more than individual sessions about a particular topic.

  • Group clinical supervision hours towards licensure for the Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA). The fee includes completion of all paperwork and guidance through the licensure process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will not be charged if communicated prior to 24 hours in advance.

Mindful Mountains reserves the right to charge the full session amount for missed sessions. Missed sessions will be charged at the same fee that is determined prior to your first session.
