Meet Jessica

Therapy that makes room for your whole experience

Reaching out for therapy can bring up a lot of questions. Where do you start? How much do you share? Will the person listening understand what you mean, even when you’re struggling to find the words?

Jessica works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and major life transitions. She also offers addiction counseling and maternal mental health support. Her approach makes room for both what’s happening in your life today and the experiences that may be shaping how you feel.

You might be coming to therapy with a specific concern, or simply a sense that something needs to change. Together, you and Jessica can begin to understand what’s been difficult and what you’d like to work toward.

Your voice guides the work

Jessica’s person-centered approach keeps your priorities at the heart of therapy. You’ll decide on goals together, with room to ask questions, share feedback, and adjust along the way.

Understanding patterns with curiosity

Through psychodynamic and trauma-focused work, Jessica helps you explore how earlier experiences connect with present-day feelings and relationships, bringing understanding to patterns you may want to change.

Room for uncertainty and change

Jessica uses Motivational Interviewing to help you explore what you want and what makes change difficult. You can work through mixed feelings without pressure to have all the answers.
